The following Terms & Conditions apply to all projects and services provided by Pegasus Books Publishing through its website and other official communication channels. By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Once the agreed project has been completed and delivered, the content developed specifically for your project will belong to you, subject to the terms of your order. Pegasus Books Publishing will not claim ownership of the completed content. You are free to publish, distribute, modify, or use the delivered content according to your requirements.
PAYMENT
All services offered by Pegasus Books Publishing require 100% advance payment unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Any applicable transaction fees, processing charges, taxes, or other payment-related costs are the responsibility of the client.
REVISIONS
Pegasus Books Publishing provides unlimited revisions on delivered work when the requested changes are submitted within 7 days of delivery. In certain cases, the revision period may be extended to 14 days at our discretion. Revision requests must relate to the original project requirements and agreed scope of work. Requests will be handled according to the urgency and requirements of the project.
Our standard revision turnaround times are:
- Projects with up to 24 hours of urgency: Revisions are completed within 24 hours.
- Projects with 24–48 hours of urgency: Revisions are completed within 48 hours.
- Projects with 48 hours or more of urgency: Revisions are completed within 72 hours.
Requests that introduce substantial changes beyond the original project requirements may be treated as a new service or may require an additional fee.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
All important project details, expectations, deliverables, timelines, and requirements will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before work begins.
Any concerns or disputes regarding the quality, scope, or delivery of a service will be reviewed according to the agreed project requirements, these Terms & Conditions, and reasonable business practices.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, materials, references, and instructions required to complete their projects.
REFUND POLICY
A client may request a full refund before work on the project has started.
Once work has commenced, any approved refund will be considered based on the amount of work already completed and may be subject to applicable transaction or processing charges.
If you are dissatisfied with a product or service provided by Pegasus Books Publishing, you may submit a refund request within 5 days of the project completion or delivery. Where appropriate, we may first attempt to resolve the concern through our revision policy.
If the requested requirements cannot reasonably be fulfilled through the revision process, a partial refund may be considered based on the circumstances and the portion of work completed.
If no refund request or service-related complaint is received within 5 days of delivery, the order will be considered accepted and satisfactory by both parties.
